In Birth Control: Volume 1, the articles covered more general information with some specific information. This volume will delve a little deeper into the different hormonal and barrier methods. You will also find some information on methods that have been discontinued, and a three part series on a method that this author feels should be discontinued.
The three part series includes interviews that were conducted with both current and past users of what is referred to as "the shot", or Depo-Provera. Depo-Provera is an injectable, hormonal birth control method that lasts for twelve weeks. Another method that you will learn about is Norplant, which was discontinued a while ago, as well as learning about a method that was discontinued but brought back.
In the last two articles, you will learn about natural birth control methods, and what this author's experience with such a natural method has been like. Maybe such a method would work for you as well. You can learn about it and how it works in these two articles.
