Introduction
Welcome to Science for Kids, where learning science is fun! The articles in this anthology were written between 1998 and 2000. They were gathered from the Topic, Science for Kids, which has been retired from Suite101.
Debbie St. Germain spent several years of college in sciences and chemistry. She decided to take her love of science and give kids a site that can help them to learn science in a fun and easy to understand way.
You will find many words which are printed in bold letters. You might like to look them up in a dictionary or on the Web for further information. There are also lots of Web sites mentioned for you to visit, with activities and games, that will make learning even more fun!
